Our licensed massage therapist is proficient in different massage techniques including Swedish massage, Somatic Release and Clinical including Neuromuscular, Trigger point/Deep tissue massage, and Myofascial Release.

What you can expect

Massages usually include some Trigger Point on problem areas found during massage, unless only Swedish massage is requested. The therapist is detailed and thorough in finding the muscular problem(s) so they can be corrected to relieve pain. Stretching techniques are incorporated into the massage if time allows and/or it is requested. Soothing music and low lighting provide a peaceful, comfortable, relaxing environment and experience to increase your mental, physical, and emotional healing.
